Robert reviewed STEVEN JOHN BABINEAU

Based on my observation the morning of 5/23/22, extremely poor rating. One, stopped on a railroad track, where the crossing is clearly marked, 40 ft from tracks to intersecting highway. Two, when approaching bobtail was 120' - 150' from intersection, this driver pulled out in front of bobtail, causing driver to lock all brakes to avoid a serious crash. This Black Dog driver should seriously consider a driver improvement class, that includes videos of crashes involving trains.
