Tuesday, August 23, 2023 -- I was on I-71 NB between Cincinnati and Columbus and this truck was all over the road and traveling at greatly varied speeds along this stretch of interstate. VERY closely tailgated me for a mile or so because I had my car on cruise at 70 (the speed limit) in the right lane and wasn't happy with that. I have also pictures and video of this vehicle wandering to the middle between the two lanes and off the edge over the rumble strips for long periods of time. This guy should be taken off the road,
